Sunday, March 30, 2025: scramble competition

The 2025 season kicked off at the Golf du Chammet on Sunday, March 30 with a 2-player scramble competition, open to all, highly contested on a well-prepared course.

Friendliness, sportsmanship, and pleasant weather marked this event, which brought together about thirty players.

The 18-hole cup was won by Gérard Ventejou and Thierry Cathelot in gross, and by Catherine Jullié and Clotilde Cathelot in net;

The 9-hole cup went to Pascal Palot and Gérard Magnaval in gross, and to Gérard Borie and Yves Beaudoin in net.

The shot of the day goes to Gérard Borie for his ball, which everyone thought was lost, but was found directly in the hole after unsuccessful searches around the green. Result: a birdie and a round of drinks on Gérard at the clubhouse!
